CWWC #4 ~ Sunbeam

Hey Dreamers! Today I will be posting another CWWC challenge. I know I’ve been posting CWWC in a row. But most of my free time goes into my CWWC story. When I do have extra free time. I try to post on one of the group blogs. Anyways, I used all three prompts.

She was the artist

and the art

You had to understand the artist

to understand the art.

She was like a camera

Everyone smiled

when they looked at her

She moved in next door

And from the moment

I saw her

I knew I wanted

to be her friend

One day on my front porch

there was a white box

When I opened the box

I saw a pale pink cake

with the words

“You’re so pretty”

written in

buttercream frosting

It made me smile

Something made me

for the first time

in months

I hadn’t

felt happy

in so long

I had almost

what it

felt like

I ran over

to her house,

and when she

opened the door,

I hugged her

We became

best friends

Not a day

went by,

when I didn’t

see her

She saw

me for

who I was

brought me

out of

my shell

One day,

it felt

worst day

of my

had spread

a horrible

there was

no one

help me

When I

told her

She told

me to

meet her

at her house

When I

her house,

she was

in the

with a bowl of

a spatula

She didn’t speak

She didn’t make a sound

But the look in her eyes

told me exactly

what was

going to happen

She lunged

at me

and threw

the frosting

on my face

“Feeling better?”

She asked

with a smile

I smiled back

and threw

some frosting

back at her

Soon the kitchen

was a mess

But we

were laughing

and that was

all that mattered

That’s the kind

of person

she was

She was

that made

everyone smile

even in

their darkest

Hope you liked it! Tell me if you have any constructive criticism in the comments. Bye!
